Job Description

Summary:

Entry level role that will perform specific tactical job functions through cross-functional management of multiple internal department.

Essential Functions:

To perform the job successfully, an individual will be responsible for the following:

• Explicit dedication to company, account team and key retailers.
• Daily communication with Readerlink’s retail customer.
• Coordination of PO generation, transmissions and processing.
• Work closely with account management team and support others internal department to meet customer expectations.
• Primary liaison with Readerlink Distribution Centers to coordinate needed service/execution levels.
• Produce weekly and ad hoc sales and stock level information.
• Needs to be able to quickly assess a customer inquiry or account task, determine solution or information needed and own the process through completion and follow-up.
• Provides administrative/account support as needed.
• Proactively manages list of tasks and scheduling.
• Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage the needs of the DC’s, Inventory and account management team.

Non-Essential Functions:

• Other duties may be assigned, directed or requested.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Detail-oriented, Strong organizational skills, flexible, and efficient
• Must be focused on continuous improvement and be self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
• Advanced Excel skills a plus
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects/requests
• Basic Math skills

Language Skills:

• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to speak with all levels of the organization
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to create and write reports

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving variables
